How we are adapting to Covid-19
Fulfillment and shipping delays due to COVID-19
Like so many of you, we have spent the last several days and weeks hearing about COVID-19 and how it is impacting our world. The current situation is having a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses and supply chains. In these unprecedented times, stress and concern is weighting heavily on us all.
May 6: Delays are extending
We work with awesome fulfillment partners in the US, with additional locations in Mexico and Europe, to fulfill and ship your orders.
As we grow and gain exposure while more people turn to e-commerce, both us and our fulfillment partners are seing an increased number of orders. While we are grateful for your support, it means, at this time of companies working with reduced teams, that your orders will take longer to be fulfilled (normally 2-5 business days, currently upwards of 15 business days!).
Please note that we do not mass-produce our designs. All items are made on-demand. Each order is carefully printed, cut and sewn (for all-over prints), and quality checked. We currently have a backlog of orders and fulfillment and shipping will take longer, but your order will reach you. When your order ships, we will send you a shipping notification with a tracking number.
Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Please stay safe.
April 16: Increased delays. We are very, very sorry!
Due to backlog at our fulfillment partners, we are experiencing extended delays. Rest assured that we are working to send you your items as fast as we can.
April 4: Delivery Delays
As the virus spread and cities lock down, orders have been taking longer being fulfilled and reaching customers once shipped. We want to thank you all for your patience and your amazing support. We will do our best to keep you posted for the latest processing times.
